Mandatory Tasks To Be Completed By May 1
Congratulations! You are almost at the finish line. As we approach the culmination of your high school journey, there are three essential tasks required by CCSD that you must complete by Wednesday, May 1 to ensure a smooth transition to your next adventures. Here’s what you need to do:
Complete the Graduation Survey in Naviance
Access the Survey:
Go to the Walton website at www.waltonhigh.org
Click on the diploma icon at the top right corner
Log into Naviance
Scroll down to Tasks from My School (right side of the page)
Click Class of 2024 Graduation Survey
Click Take This Survey next to the pink diamond
Complete the Survey Questions:
For question 2, update the results of your college applications in Naviance. Indicate whether you applied, were waitlisted, deferred, or are attending each listed school. Ensure your final transcript preferences are correctly submitted.
For question 3, list any scholarships and amounts you were offered outside of the HOPE/Zell Miller Scholarship.
Final Transcript Request in Records Room
Once you've committed to a college, visit the Records Room located in the Counseling Suite to fill out your transcript card. This will inform us where to send your final transcript. Transcripts will be dispatched to colleges on May 23 and 24. There is no fee for this service.
Note: Athletes must sign and pay $2 for a final transcript to be sent to the NCAA.
Graduation Slide Show Information
Your name and attending college will be featured in the graduation slideshow at the KSU Convocation Center. If you prefer not to participate in the slideshow, you can opt-out when requesting your final transcript.
HOPE Requirements
Please check your progress toward the HOPE scholarship via your GAFutures account. Click here for detailed information on accessing your account, testing requirements, Zell Miller Scholarship eligibility, and application processes. We encourage all families to submit the GSFAPP in GAfutures this year for the HOPE/Zell Miller Scholarships due to FAFSA delays.
